Benson Products UK, a leading waste processing company, has transformed its food waste pre-treatment capabilities by replacing its existing processing technology with a state-of-the-art Ulster Shredders U75LB 55kW shredder, complete with a pusher hopper mechanism.
The investment in Ulster Shredders’ robust and efficient shredding technology has significantly enhanced Benson Products UK’s operations. The new U75LB shredder offers higher throughput capacity, enabling the processor to handle larger volumes of food waste with ease while reducing the risk of bottlenecks during feedstock preparation.
Benson Products UK is the latest company to follow the path of many others across the UK and Ireland who have added Ulster Shredders technology to assist with their feedstock preparation, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for the supply of pre-treated food waste to anaerobic digestion (AD) facilities.
